Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of Redoric's website, audits, and services.

Effective September 4, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Redoric's public website, free audits, accounts, and related online services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.

Using the service

You may use the public website to learn about Redoric, request an audit, submit an enquiry, and access other features we make available. You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, and be authorised to submit information about any organisation or domain you provide.

Accounts

If we provide you with an account, you are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, our clients, or other users.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, use it to violate another person's rights, or use its output for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity. You may not present estimates, research, or AI-generated material as guaranteed fact when the service identifies it as incomplete or uncertain.

Audits, research, and results

Audits and reports are informational and may rely on public sources, third-party platforms, search providers, and AI systems that change over time. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, mentions, or any other business outcome. You remain responsible for decisions made using our research.

Paid services

Any paid engagement is also governed by the proposal, order form, statement of work, or other written agreement accepted by you and Redoric. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms on pricing, deliverables, payment, cancellation, ownership, or other engagement-specific matters.

Your content

You keep ownership of information and materials you submit. You give Redoric permission to host, process, reproduce, and use them only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service and to meet our legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide those materials.

Redoric materials

The website, software, design, branding, and materials supplied by Redoric are owned by Redoric or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. Engagement-specific ownership rights may be set out in a separate written agreement.

Third-party services

The service may link to or depend on third-party websites and platforms. Redoric does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website and any free audit are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redoric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the public website or a free audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement.

Ending access

You may stop using the public service at any time. We may restrict or end access if you breach these terms, create risk, or if we discontinue a feature. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
